EI Spec II
Tammy Peacock Allred graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelors degree in Special Education-severe and early childhood. She taught special education preschool at River Heights Elementary for 2 years. When she and her husband moved from Cache Valley to Emery County, Tammy started working for Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind (USDB) Parent Infant Program (PIP) as a vision specialist. She earned an endorsement in vision impairments-birth to 5, and later a Masters Degree in Communication Disorders (vision impairments-birth to 3) from Utah State University. She worked for USDB for 12 years and now works for the South East Early Intervention Program (SEEIP) as an early intervention developmental specialist and service coordinator as well as a clinical supervisor.
